Jodie Gibson was shocked to have her outfit mocked for a second year by on Wednesday.   

The presenter, 38, was reporting live for This Morning from the horse racing event when the Love Island star, 30, compared her to Inspector Gadget. 

Josie paired a long brown mackintosh with a cream waistcoat and brown trilby hat for the outing.

After telling Jodie at last year’s event she racing presenter Chris now declared she was a double for the cartoon detective.

Recalling the 2022 jibe Chris joked: ‘I thought it was a compliment, I like Pam and Crocodile Dundee’.

The duo then kept fans in hysterics as they raced hobby horses around an obstacle course.

Jodie pulled an array of faces as she raced to win and even cheekily name her steed ‘Got the trots’. 

Inspector Gadget was a children’s cartoon series first aired in 1983 about a half man half robot police detective who solves crimes with niece Penny – It was adapted into a 1999 movie starring Matthew Broderick. 

Last year to Josie donned a navy checkered blazer with a tweed waistcoat again with a brown trilby.

During the segment she said said: ‘Do you know what Chris Hughes said to me?I bumped into Chris Hughes in the backstage tent there’.

‘He said, “You look like a cross between Mick Dundee and Pamela Anderson.” I couldn’t believe it.’

It comes afterJosie during a hilarious This Morning interview on Thursday.

The presenter chatted to the actor, 53, about his role in the new Marvel film Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

During the interview, Josie introduced Paul to the British staple that is tea and biscuits, but proceeded to drop the treat on the floor.

The actor slot gacor then picked it up before adding: ‘Great let me take that one,’ and dusted the fluff off it.

After playing a game during the chat, Paul added: ‘This is the greatest day of my life, this has been great.Thank you for giving me a biscuit that didn’t hit the ground.’ 

A giddy Josie couldn’t contain her excitement as she berated herself for dropping the biscuits on the floor.

Josie had been guest-hosting This Morning with Dermot O’Leary during Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield’s usual half-term break, with Alison Hammond absent as she prepares to host the British Academy Film Awards on Sunday.

Paul was in London to promote his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, after last playing the role in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.

Dapper: Meanwhile Chris cut a dapper figure in a three-piece suit 

The film finds Scott Lang/Ant-Man (Paul Rudd), his daughter Cassie (Kathryn Newton), Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) and Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer) all getting sucked back into the mysterious Quantum Realm.

They find themselves interacting with the mysterious Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors), who will certainly be a force to be reckoned with in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

In fact, the next Avengers movie is dubbed Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, slated for release on May 2, 2025.

The cast also includes returning MCU characters like Jimmy Woo (Randall Park) with Corey Stoll – who played Darren Cross/Yellowjacket in the first Ant-Man – returning as M.O.D.O.K.

Newcomers include Bill Murray as Krylar, William Jackson Harper as Quaz and Katy M.O’Brian as Jentorra. 

The film is directed by Ant-Man and Ant-Man and the Wasp director Peyton Reed from a script by Jeff Loveness (Rick and Morty).

Paul previously revealed that he had trained non-stop for 12 months to prepare for 2015’s Ant-Man,, but it was later edited from the final cut. 

This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV1 and ITVX.
